BIZNESMAKET is a full-cycle model workshop. For more than 13 years we have been creating architectural scale models and multimedia installations for large federal-level projects.
We are looking for a Project Designer who understands that a project is not just “a model in SketchUp”, but a fully production-ready package of files and documentation.
What you will do
Develop a complete project package consisting of a 3D model, drawings, and production files for the physical manufacturing of architectural models that:
- comply with the project brief and are approved step-by-step with the client during the design process
- are created according to company regulations, internal instructions, and deadlines
- include assembly instructions or production technology notes uploaded to the project card in Teamly
Responsibilities
- Develop 3D models of architectural scale models (SketchUp is the primary software)
- Prepare a complete set of working drawings
- Design with consideration for scale, tolerances, material thickness, and assembly logic
- Prepare files for CNC milling and laser cutting
- Create assembly instructions and technical sheets for production teams
- Transfer correct files to the cutting department according to internal procedures
- Update statuses and upload files to the Teamly system
- Implement revisions based on approvals and feedback
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in architectural model design
- Strong proficiency in SketchUp
- Experience with AutoCAD and CorelDRAW / Illustrator
- Understanding of model production workflows
- Experience preparing files for CNC or laser cutting
- Strong spatial thinking
- Ability to work with tolerances and material thickness
- Readiness for iterative work and team collaboration
