Devau Airport

Project Description

Detailed museum reconstruction of the legendary Devau Airport - the main air gate of Konigsberg and East Prussia. Through subtle mechanics, the mock-up recreates the rhythm of aviation at the beginning of the 20th century, turning archival drawings into a tangible sense of belonging to the history of the first civilian flights.

Equipment

A mock-up with advanced mechanics and dynamic elements: synchronized movement of a bus and an airplane, an active weather vane and automated hangar gates. Detailed genre scenes with software control are implemented: light simulation of flashbulbs, aircraft engine start-up and animation of repair areas.
