Project Description

A miniature industrial workshop under the control of a real controller capable of coordinating full-scale production. The stand reproduces in detail the production line of fuel pellets, where plasticine is used as a demonstration material. Despite the external differences from factory units, the process physics and control logic on the mock-up are completely identical to those on the industrial workshop. The model clearly confirms the efficiency of automation and the accuracy of the software in a continuous cycle.

Equipment

Operating conveyor lines and push mechanisms. The mock-up is equipped with active heating systems and cutting units (knives). Sensors for measuring temperature, viscosity and density are integrated, as well as video surveillance systems (cameras) for monitoring processes.
