Project Description

Interactive model of the industrial giant Chechentsement. The exhibition clearly reveals the way rock is transformed into a building material: from the extraction of crushed stone and limestone in two quarries to the final shipment. The synchronized operation of nine mechanisms and light scenarios allow you to track the movement of raw materials. This mock-up gives a clear idea of the scale of the enterprise and the complexity of modern technological processes.

Equipment

An interactive complex with a monoblock for managing demo scenarios and obtaining reference information. The mock-up is equipped with nine operating mechanisms that simulate the full production cycle: from the movement of a dump truck from the quarry to the factory territory to visualization of internal technological processes using synchronized illumination.
