A key link in the dialogue with the client, which turns the presentation into a live acquaintance with the house. The ultra-precise elaboration of each detail and the vibrant interiors create the magnetism of attraction, keeping attention on the quality of future life. The interactive system allows the manager to instantly switch between the scale of the entire quarter and the atmosphere of a separate apartment.

Equipment

A scale model offering a view of the inner life of the house. Half of the apartments are presented with ready-made interiors, which are spotlit, creating the effect of a habitable space. Complex landscaping with hundreds of miniature objects turns the mock-up into a detailed impression of the future quarter, and the interactive interface allows you to instantly navigate between its floors and sections.
