All contractors in the company are selected through a tender process. The business model won because we were satisfied with the project timelines, the responsiveness in resolving any issues that came up, the contractor’s customer‑centric approach, and the young team that always went the extra mile to accommodate us. And perhaps most importantly – the dynamism and the interesting proposals that the contractor regularly put forward. The model was subsequently presented during Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin’s visit to the Lebedinsky Mining and Processing Plant for the opening of the plant itself.

Our company faced the challenge of developing a great model, and we searched for contractors across the entire CIS. In the end, the model for our residential complex, Royal Tower PAL, went to the company Business Maket. These are guys from Moscow — they work quickly. They delivered our order on time, handled the logistics, and met the deadlines despite border crossing issues and all the associated complications. In the end, there were no delivery problems at all. We received our product, and we are very satisfied.

I think the main difference between this company and the competitors we looked at is that they are — I don’t know — the most dynamic, alive. You could really feel some kind of, maybe even, spark in their eyes: “We want this project, we’re interested in it, it speaks to us — maybe because of the architecture, the concept.” The guys were genuinely passionate! The results we got from BUSINESSMAKET usually exceeded our own expectations. When we received the first small model, we immediately knew: this is it — exactly what we expected, what we wanted, and what we had been missing to work with clients. It practically started working in the sales office on the second day. We learned about the company through a recommendation from one of BUSINESSMAKET’s previous clients. Those recommenders spoke very highly of them, saying the work was done to an exceptionally high standard and on time. So the guys quickly made it onto our shortlist of candidates.

I can say that it was precisely the management’s customer‑centric approach, the high‑quality pilot model, and — no less important — a very significant factor: the price — all of these played a role in our decision to start working very closely with the company. What sets this company apart, at least from the ones we’ve worked with before, is their readiness to accommodate virtually any client request — which we also really appreciated. The quality of the models is extremely high. We bring every client over to the models and, in a kind of online 3D format, try to show them what already exists, what awaits them, and what will happen in the future. Representatives of our company periodically visited the production facility to monitor the progress of the model manufacturing, and we always saw that the pace was high — we were ahead of schedule. So we felt at ease and confident that our contractor was a reliable partner for this type of work. As a result, we were satisfied both during the process and with the final outcome. At the exhibition, the model received exceptionally high praise from developers, architects, and designers who saw it for the first time. In our opinion, from the very beginning of our collaboration with Business Maket, we sensed a strong desire to work, the ability to get things done, and — most importantly — the ability to quickly identify the client’s needs and respond to them appropriately.
